Activating a Mailbox

This feature allows you to activate a mailbox that has been deactivated.

To activate a mailbox

  1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Settings option from the Configuration panel.
  2. Select the Communications link from the Configuration panel.
  3. Right-click the deactivated mailbox, and then select Activate.

    - or -

    Select the deactivated mailbox, and then select Activate from the mini-toolbar.
  4. Click OK.

Note: Alternately, click on the Active Mailbox link located in the bottom right corner of any Dashboard screen.
